Legends are not just stories told, they are also a way of telling the story of civilizations.
The pottery workshop is an encounter between earth and water. Intended for all ages, participants are called upon to create alongside one another for an intergenerational exchange, discovering tales of the legends of the Mediterranean and the Oued (river).
Participants are invited to co-create forms exploring and representing local myths to produce ecological objects. These include glasses, oyas (irrigation pots), plates and flower pots. The aim is to demonstrate ecological awareness and combine culture, art and respect for the environment.
Storytelling is at the heart of the workshop, where the artist takes his interlocutors on a fantastic, participatory journey, inviting everyone to tell their own story and shape it wordlessly in clay.
