In an immersive and deep listening DJ set, CAROLF guides the audience through delicate and layered sonic landscapes, where experimental textures, ethereal atmospheres, and irregular rhythms intertwine. Through a sensitive and intuitive approach, she builds a sound narrative that foregrounds detail, mood, and a sense of suspended time—inviting contemplation and drift.
The experience is expanded by video projections of JAS’s original drawings, unfolding in real time in an intimate dialogue with the music. Through lines, shapes, and motion, sound and image merge into a fluid, organic, and ever-evolving sensory universe.
Only Child
Filho Único is a cultural association founded in Lisbon in 2007. It is an independent entity that does not receive annual funding or financial support from state mechanisms. It develops its active presence in Lisbon and on the international circuit through the aesthetic and critical approaches of its programming, co-productions, and the promotion of concerts, installations, and music events, as well as through the cooperative booking and representation of musicians.
Over the years, its role has been recognized in taking on an ever-unassured challenge: continuously reimagining the understanding of music—not limited by technique, data, or logic, but rather as expression and dynamic force, relational and liberating, present in lived experience, intergenerational knowledge, and enduring connections between body, land, and history.
