In 2005, she partnered with Gai Behar (born in 1977 in Tel Aviv) – who shaped Tel Aviv's nightlife scene as a party producer and curator of multidisciplinary arts events – and Behar has collaborated with Eyal on her creations ever since. In 2013, Eyal and Behar launched their acclaimed dance company, LEV. In 2023, Sharon Eyal was named a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters of the French Republic.
