El Susurro de las aguas. Leonor Serrano Rivas and Diego Delas.
El Susurro de las aguas is an immersive work that takes Breaths of the Moon (2022), an exploration of the Venetian lagoon, as its starting point, and expands to examine the Mediterranean's underwater ecosystem. The film, shot on 16mm film, seeks to explore the ethical and technical complexities of water through a narrative that combines artistic and scientific perspectives.

The work not only documents the beauty and fragility of the marine ecosystem, but also addresses issues such as the exploitation of natural resources and the environmental dilemmas that affect these waters. The work invites us to immerse ourselves in this space and reflect on our relationship with the sea and its depths, revealing the invisible subtleties that link humanity to the ocean.

Leonor Serrano and Diego Delas are artists and architects who combine artistic practice with research. Leonor works with film, sculpture and sensory installations, while Diego explores architectural motifs and memory in painting and textiles. They have exhibited at institutions such as Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (MNCARS), Kunsthaus Baselland and Museo Patio Herreriano. Both are developing international projects, with solo exhibitions at Centre d'art Le Lait and Carlier Gebauer. Their interdisciplinary work reflects a unique approach to spaces and material culture.
