Live music by KoolCast Brass Gang
Hailing from Le Havre and the surrounding area, the KoolCast Brass Gang marching band brings together volunteers from diverse backgrounds, professions, and age groups. Tasked with kicking off the festival, the band will parade in a loop around the site, passing through strategic points to draw in as many spectators as possible and lead the crowd to the heart of the event. Starting at Hangar Zéro, the procession will end at Quai de Marseille, on the festival grounds themselves, giving way to the official opening and speeches.

Since 2004, the Koolcast Brass Gang marching band has been parading through the streets under the energetic baton of Nicolas Seigneuret. Their repertoire is festive and varied: covers of disco-funk hits, reimagined world music, and original compositions by the conductor. With their joyful parades, the brass band puts on a spectacular outdoor show. They also perform on any stage large enough to accommodate their thirty or so musicians.
