Musical Performance - KoolCast Brass Gang
Based in Le Havre and the surrounding area, the KoolCast Brass Gang marching band brings together volunteers from a variety of backgrounds, professions and age groups. Tasked with opening the festival, the band will parade in a loop around the site, passing through key points to draw in as many spectators as possible and lead the crowd to the heart of the event. Starting from Hangar Zéro, the parade will end at Quai de Marseille, on the festival site itself, giving way to the official opening and speeches.

Since 2004, the Koolcast Brass Gang marching band has been parading through the streets under the energetic baton of Nicolas Seigneuret. Their repertoire is festive and varied: covers of disco-funk hits, rearranged world music, and original compositions by the conductor. With its cheerful street performances, the brass band provides outdoor entertainment. It also performs on any stage large enough to accommodate its thirty or so musicians.
