
Pastora Filigrana: Activismo gitano y reflexiones feministas (Roma activism and feminist reflections)
Pastora Filigrana is a lawyer, trade unionist, Sevillian and mixed-race Roma. In 2020, she published the book El pueblo gitano contra el sistema mundo. Unas reflexiones desde un activismo feminista y anticapitalista, in which she argues that the persecution of the Roma people is linked to their forms of community resistance through forms of cooperation and mutual support, and their opposition to adapting to what she calls "wage blackmail".

Pastora Filigrana García
Lawyer and human rights activist Pastora Filigrana specializes in labor and immigration law. Filigrana holds a master's degree in human rights from Pablo de Olavide University, and defends the rights of vulnerable groups, particularly the Roma. She is the author of the book El Pueblo Gitano contra el Sistema Mundo and works with cooperatives on social economy projects, integrating her legal practice with her social commitment.
