Alexis Rosenfeld, photographer and explorer
After discovering diving at the age of 8, Alexis Rosenfeld decided to make a living from his passion for the ocean. He became a diver and underwater photographer. His career led him to share in Commander Cousteau's last expedition to Madagascar, to take part in the great Comex saga, and to take part in incredible adventures such as the discovery of the wreck of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's plane.
Over the decades, marked by the changing landscapes he observes beneath the surface, the photographer also becomes a player in the environmental cause. In 2018, Alexis Rosenfeld and UNESCO initiated the start of their collaboration with the project "Coral reefs, a challenge for humanity".
Today, Alexis is pursuing his career as a photographer and explorer, leading the international 1 OCEAN project.
