How does an aquaponic farm really work? What are its benefits and limits? Paul Leroy (Aquacaux) and Arnaud Pigeon (Symbi0se) share their field insights: fish and plant production, economic viability, technical constraints, and the role of aquaponics in the food transition. It's also a chance to follow the evolution of the Symbiose project, from Hangar Zéro to a future farm in Normandy—a place of production, education, and innovation all at once.

Microplastics are everywhere. Invisible to the naked eye, they travel from rivers to the sea, accumulate in estuaries, and make their way into the heart of living organisms. But how can we reveal what we cannot see? This talk offers a journey into the realm of the infinitely small, introducing a remarkable ally to researchers: Eurytemora affinis, a tiny crustacean barely a millimetre long. A true sentinel of estuaries, it allows scientists to decipher the effects of micro- and nanoplastics on ecosystems before their consequences even become visible.

Founded in 2017, the association promotes contemporary poetry rooted in everyday life and brings together some twenty poets and slam artists. For this event, it presents a selection of texts performed as slam poetry, offering a poetic take on the city of Le Havre — its docks, its light, its people. Géraldine Lefebvre, director of the MuMa, will speak during the festival about the work of Jean Francis Auburtin. Fascinated by the seabed and coastal landscapes, Auburtin developed a singular vision of the sea, somewhere between naturalist observation and Symbolism, one that resonates directly with Le Havre's maritime heritage.

This performance was born from a grandmother’s wish to explain her work as a choreographer to her grandchildren, who became co-creators of something that did not yet exist. With musicians, performers and a set designer, Chão de Meninos emerged: a small land in Sintra where snow laughs, bears play and garden-carpets bloom. A dance and music piece celebrating the strength, laughter and delicacy of children. Production: Lavrar o Mar.

In this workshop, each participant shapes and creates their own edible form (biscuit-flag) made from biscuit dough that will be suspended as part of Mastro Sol, an installation inspired by vernacular celebrations and the mastros de promessa of the Alentejo region, where circular cakes are traditionally suspended on festive structures. Each form preserves the gesture and intention of the person who made it, becoming part of a collective artwork shaped by many hands. On June 27 at 11:30 am, when Mastro Sol is activated by the public, participants are invited to rediscover their own flag, see how it became part of the final installation, and harvest it to share, offer, or eat.
