Little drummers - Ri Rock Academy
Ri Rock Academy was created with the idea of developing and improving the Rijeka alternative scene. Above all, it is a unique place for learning and fostering innovation, rather than a form of institutionalized professional education. The program takes a different, “alternative”, approach, moving away from classical teaching methods and music theory, and is focused on individual or group musical practice.
Pneumaphone
“Pneumaphone” is a work assembled as a sound performance whose structure develops through the diffusion of field recordings and the acoustic specifics of crafted wind instruments.
Arka Kinari
In an intimate documentary performance combining narration, live music and video mixing, Arka Kinari’s founding artists Nova Ruth & Grey Filastine tell the story behind the story. Together we’ll cross the oceans, peak behind the fences of seedy ports, and survive in deserted radioactive atolls. Truth can be stranger than fiction.
Inner Child
Inner Child a.k.a. Sara Niksic is a marine biologist, musician and bioacoustician. Her research has taken her across the world’s oceans, focusing on marine mammal culture and communication. Besides having a master’s degree in marine ecology and nature conservation, she also finished music school and different courses in electronic music production.
Marinada
Marinada is a unique musical group from Rijeka that bases its music on experimentation with different genres, including pop, electronica, a cappella and more. This eclectic approach to music offers a wide variety of sounds and styles, making Marinada one of the most intriguing groups on today's music scene.
Ras Padsystema
Ras Padsystema aka King Millenium is a reggae/dub selector from Rijeka, founder of the radio show and collective Worries in the Dance on Radio Roža. Active on the scene since 2009, he is known for spreading dub and reggae culture through the airwaves, online platforms, festivals, clubs and beaches.

SISSI invites Marseilles-based artist Samir Laghouati-Rashwan for a new performance entitled Dance Against, Samir Laghouati-Rashwan collaborates with artist Mystique to create a work fusing video installation and DJ set.
Echo à performance de mode - Alexandra Hadjikyriacou (invited by Martha Kirszenbaum)
Cypriot-English designer Alexandra Hadjikyriacou combines Cypriot Venetian lace, urban and rural embroidery, silk making and linen weaving in her fashion creations, using domestic knitting machines combined with painting and installation.

Compagnie Hylel
In response to the film BAC Nord, the show BACH NORD [Get out the guitars] proposes a reappropriation of the image of inner-city youth by themselves. This participatory project is a musical and dance work inspired by the music of Bach, navigating between drill and instrumental music. The starting point for the choreographic creation is the work carried out by the choreographer during workshops in schools and socio-educational establishments with around a hundred teenagers from the northern districts of Marseille.
Performance nasa4nasa - 'Promises' (invited by Martha Kirszenbaum)
Rethought for the Art Explora Festival, Promises is an improvisational score in which two bodies attempt to choreograph a field of sensitive compositional listening.

All Festival events are free of charge. Please note, however, that some events - such as workshops - require a reservation via the ticket office. Please consult the page dedicated to each event for more information on times and booking procedures.

Yes, the boat is freely accessible on site. However, you can pre-book your time online on our website.
For reasons of safety and preservation of the boat, high heels and stilettos may not be worn on the boat.
To take part in the workshops and meetings offered during the Festival, you'll generally need to register in advance. Information on how to register will be available on the dedicated event page, where you can also find details of times and how to take part.

The museum boat is open to all free of charge. To find out on which quay it will be moored, or to pre-book your slot, consult the page dedicated to your town.
Appropriate facilities have been set up on the Festival site for the reception and access of people with reduced mobility. The boat is equipped with a 1m-wide ramp, accessible to people with reduced mobility, but may require the accompaniment of a third party due to its gradient of over 6%. Access to the aft deck and immersive exhibition is possible. However, the upper deck is not accessible. Please inform us in advance of any special accessibility requirements, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
