In Cyprus, she situates her research within a space steeped in migration histories, where the sea becomes at once a border, a passage, and a living memory. Her approach is shaped by the encounters she has on site, as well as by historical figures drawn from a collective memory that spans the ages.

His encounter with Yoyo, a modern-day pirate figure, marks a turning point in his creative process.
